Official description of the call
First. Purpose The purpose of the subsidies of this call is to finance the program to participate in municipal summer camps whose purpose is to support and enhance summer activities, guaranteeing equal access for children and adolescents of Vilobí d'Onyar. Aid available for summer centers is limited to the registration fee for a maximum period of five weeks. The value of the aid will depend on the score obtained in the application and the budget assigned to the call. Generally, the maximum value that can be granted is 90% of the total cost of the eligible activity, but in exceptional cases justified by the basic social services, it can reach 100%. Second. Regulatory Bases By agreement of the Plenary Session dated March 22, 2023, the New Regulatory Bases for the granting of social aid from the Vilobí d'Onyar City Council were approved. These Regulatory Bases were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona no. 79 dated April 24, 2023 and in DOGC nº8902 dated April 25, 2023. Third. Amount The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2024 for the granting of social aid that is the subject of this call will be €2,500.00 and will be the responsibility of budget application 5.231.48001 Fourth. Concession procedure The procedure for granting the subsidies subject to this call will be competitive competition. Fifth. Submission of applications and deadline The deadline for submitting applications for the aid program to participate in municipal summer camps will be 20 business days counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG. Applications must be submitted using the standardized form available on the Vilobí d'Onyar City Council website, duly completed and signed and accompanied by the corresponding documentation in each case, and must be submitted to the City Council registry. They may also be presented in any of the places provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on common administrative procedures for public administrations. The presentation of the application presupposes knowledge or acceptance of the rules that regulate it.
