Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Associative entities of organic producers, with scope of action in the Principality of Asturias, that have their own legal personality and are legally constituted at the time of the aid application under one of the following legal formulas, may be beneficiaries of this aid: First or higher degree cooperatives, unions of cooperatives, SAT. The beneficiary entities must be registered as COPAE operators for the marketing of organic products on the date of publication of the corresponding calls for aid. Second. Purpose: The purpose is to regulate the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to promote the marketing of foods certified as organic by the Council of Organic Agricultural Production of the Principality of Asturias (COPAE) produced in Asturian orchards and farms, through financial support to the associations of organic producers of the Principality of Asturias. Third. Regulatory bases: Consolidated text of the regulatory bases that will govern the granting of subsidies for the promotion of the marketing of organic foods in the Principality of Asturias approved by Resolution of April 2, 2019 of the Ministry of Rural Development and Natural Resources (BOPA no. 78 of 04/24/2019) Fourth. Amount: Total amount: 60,000 EUROS. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days counted from the day following the publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Sixth. Other data.
