Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. The Municipal Councils of Aragon that have a Local Police and request it in a timely manner may be beneficiaries of the subsidies established in this order. Those who are not up to date in compliance with their tax obligations, both with the Treasury of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon and with that of the State, and with Social Security, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary. To accredit these requirements, the presentation of the application for the granting of the subsidy by the beneficiaries will entail authorization to the managing body to collect both the certificates to be issued by the State Agency of the Tax Administration and by the General Treasury of Social Security and by the bodies of the Tax Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon. If the INTERESTED PARTY OBJECTS to this verification by the General Directorate of the Interior and Civil Protection, THEY MUST PROVIDE the documentation required in the corresponding procedure. Second.- Object. The purpose of this Order is to call for subsidies for the year 2023 for municipalities with the Local Police Corps of Aragon in matters of gender violence, with the following actions being eligible for subsidies: a) Training expenses for members of the local police forces in matters of violence, who are recipients of said training. b) Current operating and maintenance expenses of the local police headquarters that can be directly associated with the subsidized activity, discriminating against ordinary expenses that already occur on a regular basis. c) Expenses referring to those concepts, complements and compensation for personnel that the local entity has established in its respective budget chapters, referring to the workforce and associated with the guards or specific attention that is carried out. d) Current expenses for office supplies necessary to carry out the subsidized action. e) Expenses derived from training, workshops, talks or any other equivalent activity in which the members of the staff have participated on this occasion as trainers or speakers, provided that they have been carried out for the benefit of the population referred to the municipality. f) Any other expenses that are related to the activities, purposes and objectives entrusted to them and that maintain their nature as current expenses. In no case will all expenses that, although associated with the subsidized activity, have the nature of capital expenditure, such as the acquisition of vehicles, technical material, works to improve facilities, acquisition of technological elements, etc., be subject to subsidy, given the current nature of this subsidy line. In the advertising carried out for the actions carried out, it will be expressly stated that these are carried out by virtue of the financing derived from the State Pact against gender violence, and the Ministry logo must appear. Third.- Regulatory bases. ORDER PRI/833/2021, of July 7, 2021, of the Minister of the Presidency and Institutional Relations, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to town councils with a Local Police Corps in matters of Gender Violence. Fourth.- Amount. The amount available for financing the subsidies provided for in this call amounts to a maximum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€200,000.00) and will be financed from application 10080/G/1259/460128/91002 of the budget of the Department of the Presidency and Institutional Relations for the year 2024. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will end one month from the day following the date of publication of this call order in the "Official Gazette of Aragon". Sixth.- Other data. The applications, accompanied by the necessary documentation, will be signed electronically by the Mayor of the town, and will be presented through the electronic headquarters of the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon at the electronic address indicated below or by including in the procedure search engine the procedure “Subsidies to town councils with Local Police Corps in matters of violence”.
