Published by Order DSA/619/2023, of June 6, which modifies Order DSA/1029/2021, of September 20, which establishes for the period 2021-2027 the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies within the framework of the European Program "Erasmus+", Youth chapter, in order to expand its scope of application to the set of subsidy lines that fall within the concept of non-education. formal, specifically the Sports line., it is necessary to adopt this call, which develops the procedure for the granting of said aid for the financial year 2024, under a competitive competition regime, 1.- Call and amounts In accordance with the allocations of funds for decentralized actions established by the European Commission in its work plan for 2024, the amount assigned for the management of the area of the Erasmus+ Program (Sports line) during 2024 in competitive competition regime amounts to 500,000.00 Euros. b) Without prejudice to all of the above, the granting of aid will be conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting decision. 2.- Distribution of the aid called. The funds allocated to Spain for decentralized actions will be distributed taking into account the quality of the applications, the objectives and priorities established by the Erasmus+ Program. 3.- Requirements and form of presentation of applications. Applicants must register in advance according to the procedure established in the Program Guide. Applicants must submit their electronic application using only the specific forms for each action and available on the National Agency website (http://www.injuve.es/erasmusplus//). 4.- Application submission deadline. All specified application deadlines expire at 12:00 noon Brussels time. - Until February 20, 2024 at 12:00:00 (noon Brussels time) for projects starting between June 1 and December 31, 2024; - Until October 1, 2024 at 12:00:00 (noon, Brussels time) for projects that begin between January 1 and May 31, 2025. 5.- Object, priorities, conditions and purpose of the concession. The purpose of this call for subsidies within the framework of the “Erasmus+” Program is to promote the educational mobility of personnel in the sports field, as well as cooperation, quality, inclusion, creativity and innovation at the level of sports organizations and sports policies. The general objective of this action is to provide staff of sports organisations, mainly in grassroots sports, with the opportunity to improve their skills and qualifications and to acquire new skills through learning mobility by spending a period of time abroad, which will contribute to the capacity building and development of sports organisations. Projects may be requested in the following actions: Learning by observation and observation periods. Observational learning occurs when participants are able to spend a period of time (two to fourteen days) in a host organization in another country with the goal of learning new practices and gathering new ideas by observing and interacting with peers, counselors, volunteers or other staff members in their daily work at the host organization. Orientation or training stays. Orientation or training stays occur when participants can spend a period of time (15 to 60 days) mentoring or providing training in a host organization in another country as a way of learning through carrying out their tasks and exchanging with counterparts.
