Official description of the call

First. -Beneficiaries: Municipalities of the province of Salamanca with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants. Second. - Purpose: Execution of cleaning and clearing actions of urban sections of river and stream channels with the aim of improving the drainage capacity of the channels and minimizing the risk of floods and fires and their effects. Third. - Regulatory Bases: Public call for subsidies on a competitive basis, in favor of municipalities in the province of Salamanca with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, for the cleaning of urban sections of channels. Cauces Plan 2024, published at https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/index and at http://www.lasalina.es/presidencia/informacion/subvenciones/subvencionesplazoabierto Cuarto. - Amount: The initial budget allocated to this call will be 240,000.00 euros including VAT, which will be allocated to actions to clean channels in urban sections based on the requests made, available credit and order of priority based on the score obtained. For clearing and cleaning actions of surfaces equal to or greater than 2,500 m2, the maximum base bidding budget for the execution of each of the actions covered by the call will not exceed the limit of 4,000 euros per action, VAT included. For clearing and cleaning actions of surfaces less than 2,500 m2, a unit price of €1.60/m3, VAT included, is established. Fifth. - Application submission deadline 20 business days from the day following the publication of this announcement in the BOP.
