Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b. and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans), on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca (https://www.dphuesca.es/subvenciones-cultura) and in the bulletin board of the DPH electronic headquarters (https://dphuesca.sedipualba.es/tablondeanuncios/) First. Beneficiaries The following subjects may be beneficiaries of the aid: a) City councils of the Province of Huesca and entities that depend on them. b) Private non-profit entities. Second. Purpose The purpose of these bases is to establish the aid regime for sports clubs, sports sections of non-profit associations and city councils in the province of Huesca that carry out actions for the development of non-profit sports activities that are considered of special provincial, national or international interest. Third. Regulatory bases General Ordinance by which the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Provincial Council of Huesca are approved. Room. Amount The Provincial Council of Huesca will contribute a maximum of 100,000 euros to this program in the year 2024. This amount has the necessary budget allocation for its execution from budget applications (Document RC 2024.2.0004462.000) 41.3411.462500. Town councils and dependent entities. €50,000.00 41.3411.487500. Associations. €50,000.00 The above credit distribution is an estimate for the appropriate purposes. Furthermore, if all the requests exceed the budget allocation allocated to this program by the Provincial Council of Huesca, it could proportionally reduce the amount of the subsidies. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information The subsidy will be compatible with other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, as long as the sum of all does not exceed the cost of the activity.
