Extract from resolution No. 550, of April 26, 2024, of the Mayor's Office of the Irun City Council, which approves the Call for the GazteARTEan 2024 Research Grant on Childhood, Adolescence and Youth. Purpose The Youth Service of the Irun City Council aims, through this call, to promote the development of action research projects on matters related to childhood, adolescence and youth in the field. local. The purpose of the GazteARTEan scholarship is to support the autonomous development of the emerging initiative, promote and stimulate research work in young citizens, and at the same time enable the construction of a new working framework between the City Council and young people. The research work will have a maximum duration of 8 months, counting from the time it is awarded and the final result or deliverable will be open to different format proposals; project, process or action (dissemination material, collaborative and/or participatory processes...). Beneficiaries and requirements - Individuals or groups formed for this purpose may apply for this scholarship. In this case (groups of natural persons without legal personality) a director responsible for the research work will be appointed. - To be able to access the scholarship it is essential to have a university degree or bachelor's degree. In the case of groups, all members must meet the aforementioned requirement. - Not having turned 35 years of age on December 31 of the year in which you apply for the scholarship. Applications will be presented to the Irun City Council at the Municipal Electronic Headquarters (www.irun.org), at the Citizen Attention Service (SAC) or any other means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure. To submit the application electronically, the application must be signed using one of the electronic signature systems contemplated in art. 11 of Law 39/2015, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (DNIe, electronic certificates from IZENPE or FNMT, Irun Txartela...).
