Extract from the agreement of April 25, 2024 of the Local Government Board of the Castelló de la Plana City Council by which it was agreed to modify the bases of the call for the granting of subsidies for the promotion of projects carried out by associations and entities providing social services, corresponding to the 2024 financial year, approved by agreement of the Local Government Board of February 29, 2024. https://www.castello.es/documents/35637/3829351/Bases+de+convocatoria+castellano+2024.pdf/1124f6da-7604-7010-9ce5-08aa0850de85?t=1714389616263 First. Beneficiaries. Associations and non-profit entities that carry out the activities object of this call and meet the requirements demanded therein. The subsidized entities will have to comply with the generic obligations established in clause 6 of the General Ordinance Regulating the Granting of Subsidies of the Castelló de la Plana City Council. Second. Object. Co-finance projects developed in the city of Castelló de la Plana that complement municipal actions in response to basic social needs and intervention, aimed at addressing the social problems of groups affected by inequality, poverty, social exclusion, marginalization and any form of discrimination, contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of these groups, preventing dependency, promoting their autonomy, psychosocial rehabilitation and integration into society and facilitating their comprehensive development and social promotion. Third. Regulatory bases. Bases of the call for the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting projects carried out by associations and entities providing social services corresponding to the year 2024. Fourth. Amount. For the financing of this call, the maximum amount of 270,000.00 euros is established. The amount of the subsidy to be awarded may not exceed, in any case, 70% of the total cost of execution of the subsidized project, and the rest must be covered with contributions from the entity itself or other possible financiers. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call for these subsidies in the Official Gazette of the Province of Castellón.
