BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in this BOJA and in the National Subsidies Base http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans. First. Call. For the year 2024, in the form of competitive concession concession, subsidies to local entities in Andalusia are called for the financing of actions for the maintenance and operation of local consumer services in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, in the maximum amount of €891,543 that is specified and charged to the budgetary credits that are also indicated. Second. Beneficiaries. Municipalities, Provinces, Associations of Municipalities and Local Autonomous Entities, through their competent bodies. Third. Object. Financing actions for the maintenance and regular operation of local consumer services in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of May 27, 2022, by which the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to local entities in Andalusia for the financing of maintenance and operation actions of local consumer services in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia were approved (BOJA no. 106, of June 6). Fifth. Amount and distribution of credits. The subsidies for this call will be granted from the budget items of the Budget of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for 2024 that are listed below and the maximum amount of €891,543, distributed among the different budget credits specified therein, are estimated. The qualitative alteration of the economic classification to adapt it to the eligible expenses and/or the legal nature of the possible beneficiary entities will require the appropriate modifications in the expense approval file of the call for the resolution of the concession, in accordance with the provisions of article 9.4 of the Order of April 6, 2018, which regulates the budgetary management procedure of public spending derived from the subsidies granted by the Administration of the Board of Andalusia and its administrative and special regime agencies (BOJA no. 70, of April 12).
