Official description of the call
Rectification of errors noted in the Resolution of April 29, 2024, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy, which calls for aid to support non-productive investments linked to the fulfillment of agro-environmental and climate objectives, the extract of which was published in BOPA No. 90, of May 9, 2024. BDNS(Identif.): 758265. First.- In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE /es/convocatoria/758265). Second.- By Resolution of May 13, 2024, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy, the errors noted in the Resolution of April 29, 2024, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy are rectified, which calls for aid to support non-productive investments linked to the fulfillment of agro-environmental and climate objectives. Third.- The resolution rectifies the material error noted in Annex IX section 2.c, of the Resolution of April 29, 2024. Where it says: c. To avoid damage by wild boar or badger to crops, one of the following types of closure: Perimeter fencing made of highly resistant hunting mesh and variable span with a minimum height of 1.00 meter and with a distance between posts of a maximum of 3 meters. If the hunting mesh is not buried at least 50 centimeters, which would mean placing a mesh at least 1.50 meters high, an electrically conductive wire will be placed on the outside 20 cm from the ground or a barbed wire will be placed on the lower part of the mesh that will give resistance to it and prevent the fauna from tearing it off and/or digging underneath it. ,,Perimeter fencing with 4 conductive wires interspersed with 3 non-conductive wires, every 25 cm and with a distance between posts of a maximum of 3 meters, the first and last wire being conductive. Wires without electricity must be connected to ground. It should say: c. To avoid damage by wild boar or badger to crops, one of the following types of closure: Perimeter fencing made of highly resistant hunting mesh and variable span with a minimum height of 1.00 meter and with a distance between posts of a maximum of 3 meters.
