Official description of the call
ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE OF THE CALL: Two study grants for international mobility are hereby called within the framework of the agreement between the Hon. Andújar City Council and the University of Granada for the 2023-2024 academic year. The procedure will begin ex officio, through this call that will be published in the National Subsidies Database and in the Official Gazette of the Province. ARTICLE 2. FINANCING OF THE CALL: The amount corresponding to the scholarships that are announced will be paid from credit 710 32602 48100 Prizes, scholarships and pensions for Study and Research, RC No. 220229000004 for an amount of €1,200.00 from the budgets of the Hon. Andújar City Council. Total amount allocated: €1,200.00 Amount per aid: €600.00 COMPETITIVE COMPETITION REGIME ARTICLE 3. COVERED TEACHINGS: For the 2023-2024 academic year and, with a charge to the credits mentioned above, two scholarships are announced for the following teachings: 1.- University education leading to official University degree titles from Granada. ARTICLE 4. REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN AID: Applicants who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the scholarship: 1.- They are registered in the city of Andújar (before the date of the call). 2.- They are enrolled at the University of Granada. 3.- They are in possession of the Scholarship Credential of the International Mobility call for UGR degree students 2023/2024. Persons who meet any of the following circumstances may not obtain the status of beneficiary of the scholarships regulated in these rules: a) Having been sentenced by a final judgment to the penalty of losing the possibility of obtaining subsidies or public aid or for crimes of prevarication, bribery, embezzlement of public funds, influence peddling, fraud and illegal exactions or urban planning crimes. b) Have given rise, for reasons for which they have been declared guilty, to the final termination of any contract entered into with the Administration. c) Not being up to date with payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies, unless the debts were deferred, divided or their suspension had been agreed upon on the occasion of the challenge of the corresponding resolution of reimbursement, in which case it will be considered that it is up to date with the payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies. d) Having received the sanction, through a final resolution, of the loss of the possibility of obtaining subsidies according to Law 38/2003, of November 17 or other laws that establish it. The requirements must be maintained until the end of the 2023/2024 academic year. Taking into account the nature of these subsidies and because they are scholarships for natural persons in a training period, applicants are exempt from the rest of the prohibitions established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, so they will not have to prove that they are up to date with their tax or social security obligations. Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of article 116.2 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Public Finance of the Junta de Andalucía, they will be exempt from proving that they do not have debts in the executive period of any Public Law income of the Junta de Andalucía, within the limits of the Budget Law of each year. ARTICLE 5. EVALUATION CRITERIA: The aid will be granted in competitive competition, attending in order of priority to those who meet the requirements established in the General call for Scholarships of the Ministry of Education and Science. In the event of a tie, the order will be established by the income of the family unit, from lowest to highest. The economic situation and the average grade of your academic record will be assessed. This criterion will be valued from 0-10 points. In order to be able to evaluate the economic situation of the applicants, the income criteria set out in Royal Decree 117/2023, of February 21, 2023 (BOE No. 45 of February 22, 2023), which establishes the thresholds for income and family assets, will be applied. ARTICLE 6. ADMINISTRATION CONTROL: The Hon. Andújar City Council will exercise rigorous control to ensure the correct investment of budgetary resources allocated to scholarships.
