The Enguera City Council, in an ordinary session held by the Local Government Board on April 19, 2024, agreed to approve the Bases for the granting of direct subsidies Enguera Avanza 2024, the extract of which is the following: "REGULATORY BASES AND APPLICABLE REGULATIONS Aid intended for the promotion of entrepreneurial activity Article 1. Purpose. The aid described in these bases is intended to promote the activity entrepreneurial. They may be granted to those companies that start and develop their activity in an establishment or premises open to the public, located in Enguera and that have been established as a company on dates between October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024. Article 2. Financing. The total amount of subsidies to be granted, in this modality, amounts to an amount of 12,000 euros, which will be financed from the following budget item: 494-47000- ENGUERA AVANZA 2024 provided for in the budget of the Enguera City Council. The granting of aid will be conditional on budgetary availability, and in any case, until the credit allocated to the call is exhausted, the amount of the authorized expense may be increased, prior to the resolution of the applications submitted, by the body that has been assigned jurisdiction due to the amount of the modification. without giving rise to a new call. The effectiveness of the additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit at a time prior to the resolution of the granting of the subsidies. All this will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general of Subsidies. 3. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries may be those companies or self-employed persons who carry out their activity in an establishment or premises open to the public, located in Enguera, or new companies or self-employed persons who have their tax address in Enguera (self-employed persons providing services without premises open to the public), in any of their possible forms (natural or legal persons) and who have been established as a company between October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024, and They also remain registered for a minimum period of 12 months.
