Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Individual athletes who have a license issued or approved by the corresponding sports federation who have carried out the activity in 2024 may be beneficiaries of the subsidy. They must be registered in Durango for at least 2 years as of the publication of this call. Municipal elite athletes will be considered those who, in compliance with the above stipulations, have achieved any of the sporting merits detailed below: - Having been champion or runner-up of Spain in the modality during the year 2023 or 2024 or being first in the national ranking. - Have managed to finish among the top 10 of the modality in the European Championship during the years 2023 or 2024. - Have managed to finish among the top 15 positions in the World Championship of the modality between the years 2023 or 2024. Second. Purpose To finance the preparation and participation of elite individual athletes from Durango in regional, national and international competitions during the year 2024. Third. Regulatory bases This call is included in the 2024 Budgets of the Durango City Council within the Strategic Subsidies Plan 2022-2024, approved in Plenary on December 20, 2021. Budget item: 41.3410.48101 Fifth. Application submission period The application submission period will end on November 29, 2024. Applications must be submitted to the general registry of the Durango City Council, through the electronic headquarters or in any of the places referred to in article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of November 26, on the legal regime of public administrations and the common administrative procedure, on the forms that the City Council will provide for this purpose.
