ANNOUNCEMENT Call for subsidies For general knowledge, the call of the Decentralized Municipal Entity of l'Estartit is made public, for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, aimed at promoting projects and activities of the entities or associations of the municipality, in the cultural, sports and educational fields, that carry out activities in the field of the EMD of l'Estartit, for the year 2024. Description of the call: Resolution of the Presidency of the EMD de l'Estartit of May 3, 2024, number 2024DECR000537, by which the call for subsidies is approved, on a competitive basis, to the entities and associations of the municipality, which carry out activities in the scope of the EMD of l'Estartit, in accordance with the Regulatory Bases approved by agreement of the Neighborhood Council, in an ordinary session on January 22, 2024, which was exposed to public information through an edict published in the BOP of Gerona no. 23, dated February 1, 2024 and on the corporation's electronic bulletin board. Beneficiaries: All entities or associations of the municipality that carry out activities within the scope of the EMD of l'Estartit, related to the cultural, sports and educational fields, can apply for the subsidy call. Purpose: Financial aid for all those projects and activities of the entities or associations of the municipality, which carry out activities within the scope of the EMD of l'Estartit, related to Culture, Sports and Education. Regulatory Bases: Regulatory Bases approved by agreement of the Neighborhood Council in ordinary session on February 9, 2024. Amount: The amount allocated to this call is €46,710.00, which will be covered by the following budget applications: 24.1.33401.48000 Cultural and social entities of l'Estartit..... €27,000.00 24.1.32600.48000 Subsidies for educational entities ............................. €6,120.00 24.1.34100.48000 Sports entities ............................................ €13,590.00 Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days, which will be computed from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona Place for submitting applications: Subsidy applications must be submitted to the Descentralized Municipal Entity of l'Estartit, electronically, through the website www.emdlestartit.cat, E-Tram section, in accordance with article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Administrations Public. They can also be presented in any of the places provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Form of submission of applications and documentation to be submitted: Applications must be submitted using the standardized subsidy application form for entities found on the EMD de l'Estartit website www.emdlestartit.cat and attached as Annex 1 of the regulatory bases. Applications must be signed by the legal representative of the entity or association and must be accompanied by the following documentation. If this is the first time that a subsidy is requested from the Descentralized Municipal Entitat of l'Estartit: Photocopy of the DNI/NIF of the representative of the entity and documentation that accredits the representation held by the entity. Photocopy of the entity's CIF. Photocopy of the founding document and statutes of the entity. EMD de l'Estartit supplier file with bank details. Proof that justifies that the entity has civil liability insurance (policy and receipt). Declaration responsible for meeting the requirements to be able to obtain the status of beneficiary in accordance with the standardized model (annex 4) Declaration of commitment to comply with the conditions imposed for the granting of the subsidy, in accordance with the standardized model (annex 4) Declaration of subsidies or other income obtained in the future, in accordance with the standardized model (annex 4) Report of the project/activity to be carried out for which the subsidy is requested in accordance with the standardized model (annex 2) It will be necessary to write this mem
