Official description of the call
BDNS (id): First. Beneficiaries. 1.- In order to be a beneficiary of the aforementioned aid, the requesting Municipal Sports Entities must meet the following requirements: a) Be legally constituted. b) Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Sports Entities, with at least one year of experience and that have carried out the sports modality that will be subsidized during the last 3 years. c) Have its registered office and carry out school sports activities in the municipality of MISLATA. d) Not be subject to any of the causes of incompatibility or prohibition to be a beneficiary included in article 13 of the LGS. e) Have proceeded to the correct justification of the aid previously granted by the Mislata City Council, provided that the period set for this purpose has elapsed. f) Prove that you are up to date in the fulfillment of your obligations with the Local Treasury, the Tax Administration and Social Security, in the manner determined by regulation. g) Lack of profit-making purposes. h) In extracurricular sports modalities, athletes must register for the Jocs Esportius and comply with their regulations. In the case of school sports, a list of the students from each school must be presented, sealed by the representative of the school. Second: Object. Promote physical-recreational school sports activities carried out in educational centers and/or municipal sports facilities during the period between October 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024. The total financial allocation or maximum global amount, for the financing of these grants to be granted, will be €51,600.00. Said expense will be subject to the existence of credit in the municipal budget for the year 2024, which will be attributed to budget application 3410.48900. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other data. In the sixth base of those that govern the call, the documentation that the requesting sports entities must present is established, accompanying the application.
