Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. In accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1229/2005, of October 13, the following local entities may be beneficiaries of the aid: The Town Councils of Tresviso, Camaleño and Cillorigo de Liébana. The legally constituted minor local entities belonging to said City Councils. Legally constituted supra-municipal entities, of which one or more of said City Councils are part. Those who meet some of the circumstances established in articles 12.2 and 12.3 of the Cantabria Law 10/2006, of July 17, on Subsidies and 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, may not be beneficiaries. Second. Object. Call for the year 2024, through the competitive competition procedure, aid for carrying out activities within the Area of Socioeconomic Influence of the Picos de Europa National Park in Cantabria for the year 2024. Third. Regulatory bases. Royal Decree 1229/2005, of October 13, (BOE of October 14, 2005) which regulates public subsidies charged to the General State Budgets in the areas of socioeconomic influence of the National Parks. Room. Amount. The aid called will be granted from the availability of the budget application 05.06.456C.762.01 of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for 2024, with a maximum total amount of 100,000.00 euros. The subsidy will be calculated as 100% of the budget accepted by the evaluation committee. 3. Value Added Tax (VAT) will not be eligible for subsidies when it can be recovered by the beneficiary. 4. The amount of the subsidy per project may not exceed 25,000 euros. 5. The subsidies awarded under this call will be compatible with other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose from any public or private, national or international entity. 6. The amount of the subsidies may under no circumstances be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, aid, income or resources, it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The requests will be formalized in the model included in Annex I of this resolution addressed to the Minister of Rural Development, Livestock, Fisheries and Food. The aforementioned applications, together with the required documentation, will be presented in the Registry of the Ministry of Rural Development, Livestock, Fisheries and Food, electronically through the Common Electronic Registry of the Government of Cantabria (http://rec.cantabria.es) or in any of the places established in the Law of Cantabria 5/2018, of November 22, on the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Sector Institutional Public of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria. In the event that the same interested party wishes to request a grant for several different projects, they must submit an application for each of them. On the contrary, separate applications cannot be submitted for different phases of the same project, since this must constitute a complete work. When the requested subsidy is for an amount less than the total amount of the project to which it refers, the explanatory report will indicate the item(s) of its budget to which it will be allocated. The deadline for submitting applications and corresponding documentation will be twenty (20) business days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria of the extract of the call referred to in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
