Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http.\\www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit entities of an associative or foundational nature, that are not federations, of a cultural nature (that promote activities to support, promote and disseminate culture or the promotion and dissemination of Valencian cultural heritage) and that have their registered office in the province of Valencia and that can be documented. To this end, entities that clearly specify their cultural nature in their statutes may receive a subsidy. Second. Object. The purpose of each subsidy is the execution of a cultural project in one of these two modalities: 1. General supramunicipal programs (PG). Cultural activities that make up the general cultural programming of non-profit associations or foundations, which carry out a cultural task consolidated over time at the supra-municipal level. A cultural task consolidated over time will be understood as one that has been verifiably carried out for five years or more. 2. Singular projects (PS): festivals, concert series, literary fairs, exhibitions, meetings or cultural contests. Projects for festivals, concert series, literary fairs, exhibitions, meetings or cultural competitions held periodically. They have to be cultural events of a singular, seasonal and periodic nature; open participation; that they have been held, at least, in three editions during the last eight years; and the duration of which is not less than six days nor more than in the month. These uniqueness and duration requirements will not be applicable to early or classical music projects. The projects may have a training nature and/or include training activities. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of this call are established in the General Subsidies Ordinance (OGS) of the Provincial Council of Valencia, approved by agreement of the Plenary of March 28, 2017, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia (BOP) no. 174 of September 8, 2017), of July 21, 2020 (BOP no. 185 of September 24, 2020) and of March 28, 2023 (BOP no. 107, of June 5, 2023). Room. Amount. Total amount: 449,500 euros. Budget application: 301.33407.482.00 of the Budget of the Provincial Council of Valencia for 2024. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Fifteen business days, starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP. Sixth. Other data. The applications, addressed to the president of the Provincial Council, will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Valencia Provincial Council (www.sede.dival.es), in the catalog of procedures. In these, it will be responsibly declared that the entity is not subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary, provided for in article 13 of the LGS and in article 6 of the OGS. The request will state the maximum amount requested. The following documentation must be attached to the applications: • Project of activities for 2024, which must contain the minimum information detailed in Annex III. • Activity sheet (Annex II). • Activity report for 2023. • Income statement of the entity for the year 2023. • Total budget of the project by concepts and detailed budget, breaking down the income and expenses foreseen in the execution by concepts. • Responsible declaration of adaptation to the official linguistic regulations of the Valencian Language Academy. • Copy of the statutes that reflect its nature as a non-profit entity and that the planned activity is within its corporate purpose. In the event that it has been previously submitted to this Administration and no modifications have occurred, communication of the date of submission and the file number will suffice. • Responsible declaration from the legal representative of the entity stating that the entity has a center open to the public to serve citizens and carry out its activities.
