BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index, in the Catalog of Procedures and Services of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía https://juntadeandalucia.es/servicios/procedimientos/detalle/24503.html, as well as on the website of the Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions http://www.juntadeandalucia.es/cultura/web/AAIICC/ and in this BOJA. FIRST.- The Miguel Romero Esteo Theatrical Texts Prize for Young Authors of Andalusia, under the Order of April 7, 2022, is convened within the scope of the Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions, a public business agency attached to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sports through the General Secretariat for Culture, in the year 2024, under a competitive competition regime. (BOJA no. 71, of April 13), in the maximum total amount of 8,000 euros, distributed in a single prize of 5,000 euros and two second prizes of 1,500 euros each, charged to the credits of budget item 1651010000 G/45E/48001/00 01 and cash effectiveness in the current annuity. SECOND.- Beneficiaries. Those individuals who are between 18 and 30 years of age as of December 31 of the year in which the call is published, who prove their uninterrupted residence in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for at least the three years immediately prior to the date of publication of the call and who appear as authors of the text presented in the General Registry may obtain the status of beneficiaries of this award and of the second prizes and special mentions, where applicable. of Intellectual Property at the time of submission of the application. THIRD.- Object and purpose. The object of this call is the granting of a prize and, if the Jury deems it appropriate, also two second prizes and special mentions, lacking financial resources, the intended purpose being to promote dramatic writing to new generations of Andalusians, contributing to promoting, renewing and disseminating current dramaturgy. FOURTH.- Regulatory bases. The call will be governed by the regulatory bases approved by Order of April 7, 2022 (BOJA no. 71, of April 13) of the Ministry of Culture and Historical Heritage (current Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sports), which establishes the regulatory bases, in a competitive competition regime, for the granting of the Miguel Romero Esteo Theatrical Texts Award for Young Authors. from Andalusia. FIFTH.- Requirements of the texts presented. Each applicant may only submit one text that must meet the following requirements: a) Be original and unpublished of a theatrical literary nature. b) Be of free length and written in Spanish with the Times New Roman 12 font format, 1.5 line spacing and 2.5 cm margins. c) Discuss a free topic that is not contrary to the provisions of Law 12/2007, of November 26, for the promotion of gender equality in Andalusia, in Law 13/2007, of November 26, on comprehensive prevention and protection measures against gender violence and in Law 2/2017, of March 28, on the Historical and Democratic Memory of Andalusia. d) Be registered in the General Registry of Intellectual Property at the time of submitting the application. SIXTH.- Deadline and Form for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications is 30 days, its calculation beginning on the first business day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía of the extract provided for in art. 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and may be submitted both in paper and electronic format, with priority being given to telematic submission, preferably through the Electronic Window of the Administration of the Government of Andalusia, without prejudice to the use of the other means established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Procedure.
