Beneficiary entities The status of beneficiary entities will be non-profit entities, constituted and registered in the corresponding official registries, and which have among the purposes included in their statutes to work for gender equality. Second. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to call, on a competitive basis, aid for the promotion of the purposes and values of the Women's Institute of Castilla-La Mancha, for the carrying out of promotional activities or actions related to the purposes or objectives of the Women's Institute: the achievement of real and effective equality between women and men in all areas of the political, economic, cultural and social life of Castilla La Mancha, the promotion of the conditions that facilitate equality between sexes, the removal of obstacles that prevent their fullness in fact and law and the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women. Third. Regulatory bases It will be governed by Order 40/2023, of February 23, of the Ministry of Equality and Spokesperson, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to promote gender equality, the prevention of sexist violence and non-discrimination (DOCM of March 2, 2023). Room. Financing and amount of subsidies 1. The maximum estimated amount allocated for this call for subsidies is 626,000 euros, the distribution of which is estimated as follows: 146,000.00 euros will be allocated to item 70.01.323B.48126, 70,000.00 euros to item 70.01.323B.48126 (fund 0000000009) and 410,000.00 euros to item 70.01.323B.48126 (fund 0000000007) of the General Budgets of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha for 2024, line 1322 "awareness actions" of the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2024-2026. (PEP OOAA/0000001832). Fund item 0000000007 will be financed with finalist funds from the Ministry of Equality, within the framework of the State Pact against Gender Violence. Fund item 0000000009 is financed with finalist funds from the Ministry of Equality, intended for carrying out actions aimed at guaranteeing women victims of gender violence the right to comprehensive social assistance. To determine these finalist funds, the rules provided for in article 86.2 of Law 47/2003, of November 26, General Budget, are applicable, so once the final amount assigned by the Ministry is known, the adjustment of items between own funds and finalists will be carried out, where appropriate. The maximum total amount may be increased by an amount of up to an additional 125,000.00 euros, in the part corresponding to the Castilla-La Mancha Community Board's own funds, in the terms and conditions provided for in article 23.1.b) 1 of the Regulations for the development of the Consolidated Text of the Finance Law of Castilla-La Mancha on subsidies, approved by Decree 21/2008, of February 5, without the need for a new call and without this implying opening a new deadline for submitting applications. In this case, the effectiveness of the additional amount will be conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit as a consequence of the indicated circumstances and, where appropriate, the prior approval of the appropriate budget modification. Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of 23.1.b) 2 of the Regulations for the development of the Consolidated Text of the Finance Law of Castilla-La Mancha regarding subsidies, at any time prior to the granting resolution, the maximum or estimated total amount may be increased without the need for a new call and without this implying opening a new deadline for submitting applications, in those cases in which the finalist contribution from the State, once known, was greater than the set credits. initially in the call.
