Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Associations of Families of Students (AFA's) and Associations of Mothers and Fathers of students (AMPA's) of the preschool, primary and secondary educational centers of the municipality of Santa Cristina d'Aro. In the case of secondary school, the public center to which the students of the municipality of Santa Cristina d'Aro are assigned. Second. Purpose These bases regulate the award of aid for carrying out activities of Associations of Families of Students (AFA's) and Associations of Mothers and Fathers of students (AMPA's) of educational centers in Santa Cristina d'Aro. Third. Regulatory bases This call will be governed by the specific regulatory bases for the granting of the subsidy for activities of Associations of Families of Students (AFA's) and Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students (AMPA's) of the educational centers of Santa Cristina d'Aro, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 66 dated April 4, 2024, and on the notice board of the City Council. Room. Amount The amount allocated to this subsidy will be 18,950.00 euros. The budget application will be: 43 32600 48100. Given the qualification achieved, the documentation and budget presented and the allocation established in the call, the amount of the subsidy that is awarded is specified, with a maximum of 90% of the project budget presented by each AFA or AMPA. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP. Applications will be addressed to the City Council of Santa Cristina de Aro, with the official application model that can be obtained in the City Hall Entry Registry or completed directly in the editable model included on the municipal website, together with the documentation requested in the call.
