BDNS: 760907 - 760908 - 760909 - 760910 - 760911 - 760912 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted at the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA. First. Call. For the year 2024, the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, is called for the lines listed below, regulated in the Order of October 5, 2020, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime aimed at reconciling personal, family and work life in Andalusia: Line 4, intended for hiring by self-employed workers with minor sons or daughters of three years in their charge so that they can work in their economic or professional activity. Line 5, intended for hiring by self-employed workers to replace them in cases of risk during pregnancy, and during periods of rest due to the birth of a son or daughter, adoption, custody for adoption purposes, or foster care. Second. Legal regime. The applications processed under this call will be governed in all their aspects by the provisions of the Order of October 5, 2020, in its wording given by the correction of errors published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía number 6, of January 12, 2021, and in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía number 71, of April 16, 2021. Likewise, it is applicable the Order of May 29, 2023, which modifies the Order of October 5, 2020, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime aimed at reconciling personal, family and work life in Andalusia. Third. People or entities that can apply for subsidies and requirements. 1. Self-employed persons who are responsible for children under three years of age due to birth or adoption, guardianship for the purposes of adoption, or permanent family foster care for a person under three years of age may apply for the subsidies called for by this resolution, for line 4. 2. The following may apply for the subsidies called by this resolution, for line 5: a) Self-employed women who are at risk during pregnancy. b) Self-employed people, in general, to enjoy the rest period due to the birth of a son or daughter, adoption, custody for adoption purposes, or foster care. 3. In any case, the people or entities that can apply for the subsidies must meet the requirements established in section 4.a).2 of the corresponding Summary Tables of lines 4 and 5 of the Order of October 5, 2020. 4. Contracts made after this call takes effect and during its validity, as well as contracts made in the twelve months prior to this call taking effect, will be eligible for subsidies. Room. Available credits and financing. 1. The granting of the subsidies will be financed from the credits of the Budget of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the year 2024, approved by Law 12/2023, of December 26, of the Budget of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the year 2024, within the budget program 72 C "Self-Employed Work and Social Economy", and will be charged to the item budget indicated in the following section, financed with own funds (Service 01). 2. The maximum total amount allocated to this call is 600,000.00 euros, being limited, in any case, to the existing budgetary availability, according to the following breakdown between them and by subsidy lines.
