Official description of the call
First - Beneficiaries: Associations for the defense of the interests of the neighborhood of each district of the city may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, which, without profit motive, are legally constituted and duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations, with headquarters in the city. This includes Federations of Neighborhood Associations that bring together Associations of these characteristics for projects that extend to the urban core. In addition, they must be up to date with their tax obligations, with social security and with the Huesca City Council, not have any pending refund procedure, and not be subject to any prohibition of those provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime in accordance with Legislative Decree 2/2023 of May 3, of the Government of Aragon, which approves the consolidated text of the Aragon Subsidies Law, for activities and projects carried out by the Neighborhood Associations of the city of Huesca for the defense of neighborhood interests in the different neighborhoods, during the year 2024. The activities and projects whose subsidy is intended must be of social interest in the sense of promoting the relationship between the neighborhood, Huesca cohesion and its neighborhoods, as well as the promotion of culture, civility, the environment and citizen participation. Likewise, this call regulates the granting of subsidies for the organization and implementation of festive events in the neighborhoods of the city of Huesca by the Neighborhood Associations attached to the corresponding districts, as well as their groups. federations during the year 2024. Neighborhood Associations that defend sectoral interests, as well as neighborhoods far from the urban area (former incorporated Municipalities) that are the subject of a specific call, are expressly excluded from this call. Third. Regulatory Bases: General Ordinance approving the Regulatory Bases for the Granting of Subsidies by the City Council of Huesca and its Dependent Entities, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca No. 239 of December 19, 2017. Fourth. Amount: The maximum budget credit for these subsidies is €45,600.00 (Forty-five thousand six hundred euros) attributable to item 15.92401.48000 Neighborhood Associations. Other transfers, from the City Council budget for the year 2024. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days from the date of publication of the extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca. The submission of applications will be made by means of a request addressed to the City Council of Huesca, at ELECTRONIC OFFICE, or, failing that, at the General Registry or in any of the forms established by Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, or through the website www.huesca.es. Sixth. Other information: The Call, Annexes and other documentation corresponding to this Call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Huesca City Council (https://sede.huesca.es/tramites/subvenciones).
