Financial aid aimed at sports entities in Mislata for the development and/or carrying out of sports activities during the year 2024

Official description of the call

BDNS (id): First. Beneficiaries. Sports entities legally constituted and registered in the registry of associations of the Mislata City Council and in the registry of associations of the Generalitat Valenciana, corresponding to their object at least one year prior to the deadline for submitting applications, and in any case, must comply with the requirements established in the regulatory bases. Second: Purpose and character of the call. This call regulates the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to be granted by the municipal sports department for sports associations and clubs in Mislata, for the development of programs and/or activities during the period from November 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024, which focus on the following objectives: 1. Technical sports initiation project through a Sports School. 2. Practice of federated sports. 3. Organization of extraordinary sporting events. 4. Organization and collaboration in activities aimed at the general population 5. Sports entities that collaborate in projects for the insertion of young people due to lack of economic resources, and for which they grant exemption from the payment of social contributions to them. 6. Travel to official competitions. 7. Any other circumstance that the Mislata City Council considers of special relevance. Based on these purposes, three modules will be differentiated, which can be accessed depending on the characteristics of the applicant entity: 1.- MODULE 1: “BASE SPORTS” (young athletes up to 18 years old) 2.- MODULE 2: “PERFORMANCE SPORTS” (ordinary activities of sports entities for athletes over 18 years old) 3.- MODULE 3: “POPULAR SPORTS” (carrying out extraordinary activities aimed at the general population) Third: Regulatory Bases and call. The total financial allocation to be allocated by the Department of Sports, as necessary financing to be able to carry out the actions inherent to this subsidy, is €166,000.00. distributed as follows: 5.1. Module 1: €130,000.00, which will subsidize the costs corresponding to the internal activities carried out by the entity to promote sport for athletes up to 18 years of age. The activities will be evaluated and the total amount of the subsidy will be distributed based on the score obtained. 5.2. Module 2: €30,000.00, the costs corresponding to the internal activities carried out by the sports performance entity for athletes over 18 years of age will be subsidized. The activities will be evaluated and the total amount of the subsidy will be distributed based on the score obtained. 5.3. Module 3: €6,000.00, for the financing of sports activities aimed at the general population listed in section 11.3 of this call. In the event that the total amount of modules 2 and 3 is not distributed in its entirety, the surplus will be added in full to module 1 (basic sport). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Applications submitted after the deadline will be inadmissible and will not be processed. Sixth. Other data. In the eighth base of those that govern the call, the documentation that the requesting sports entities must present is established, accompanying the application.
