Official description of the call
* In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of * Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the * extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the * National Subsidies Database * (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). * * 1.- Beneficiaries. * * This call may be used by non-profit * legal entities, whether public or private, regardless of their * legal form, which either promote regeneration projects * of industrial areas in the Canary Islands, or are directly interested in the good * management of the same and, in general, the entities contemplated in the * 2nd general basis. * * 2.- Object. * * Call under a competitive competition regime for the financial year 2024 * the granting of subsidies for the regeneration and revitalization of * existing industrial areas of the Canary Islands, within the framework of the * regulatory bases. * * 3.- Eligible actions. * * The eligible actions will be those included in the 1st specific Base *. They are structured in three lines: * * Line I. Investment in equipment, provisions and infrastructure in the * industrial space. * * - Those projects or actions consisting of * investments in equipment, provisions and technical infrastructures for * common or shared use, aimed at conferring a substantial improvement, or * an expansion, of the services provided in the industrial estate or * area in question, will be eligible for subsidies. These infrastructures must be * put into operation or made available to the companies within the * period of justification, without prejudice to what is established in general base 21ª.3, * in such a way that the aforementioned investments revert directly to the * benefit of the companies located or that intend to be located in the * corresponding industrial areas of the Autonomous Community of * Canary Islands. * * Line II. Dynamization of the existing industrial space. * * - The costs of external consulting will be eligible for subsidies, pursuing * any of the following purposes: * * a) Promotion of urban conservation entities. * * b) Preparation of strategic plans for existing urban conservation * entities and/or for industrial * area business associations. * * c) Awareness raising and network collaboration. * * d) Drafting of a technical document (execution project or technical * document with sufficient content for the contracting or execution of a * work), which must be oriented to the execution in the near future of * equipment, provisions or technical infrastructures for common or * shared use in industrial areas. * * Line III. Planning and organization of industrial space. * * - The actions may consist of: * * a) Preparation of the planning instruments and/or the urbanization project of an industrial area, or an expansion thereof. * * b) Drafting of projects for the comprehensive regeneration of an * industrial area, or for substantial regeneration, this being understood when * it covers a majority percentage of the industrial area where it is going to * intervene or the number of types of infrastructure, facilities or * equipment. * * c) Specialized technical assistance, provided to private * beneficiaries contemplated in the 2nd general base, for the development * of urban management and intermediation with town councils and * owners of undeveloped land, aimed at a specific * industrial area. * * d) Specialized technical assistance, provided to City Councils * contemplated in the 2nd general base, to favor the administrative * streamlining of the procedures for granting urban planning * authorizations that affect one or several specific industrial areas of * their territorial scope. * * 4.- Regulatory bases. * * Order of the extinct Ministry of Economy, Industry, Commerce and * Knowledge of June 3, 2017, approving the * regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the regeneration and * revitalization of existing industrial areas (BOC no. 111, of June 12, 2017), modified by Order of the extinct CTIC of April 12, * 2022 78, of April 22, 2022), modified by the Order of * the Ministry of Economy, Industry, Commerce and the Self-Employed, of * April 19, 2024 (BOC no. 87, of May 3, 2024). * * 5.- Financial provision. * * The financial endowment
