Official description of the call
First. Purpose of the call 2024. Subsidies are called for intervention 6712 Compensatory payments for specific disadvantages resulting from the application of the Natura 2000 Network Directives within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027 for Castilla-La Macha, through the advance processing procedure, the regulatory bases of which are contained in this decree. Second: Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this call will be the people who meet the requirements established in article 3 of this decree and meet the admissibility conditions established in article 4. Third. Amount of aid. The unit amount of the annual aid corresponding to Intervention 6712 Payments for specific disadvantages resulting from the application of the water framework directive and the Natura 2000 Network, for the plots listed in Annex II of the Management Plan for the Zepas of steppe environments is €192.90/ha. Room. Financing. The aid will be financed within the framework of the National Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027, within Intervention 6712 Payments for specific disadvantages resulting from the application of the water framework directive and the Natura 2000 Network in Castilla-La Mancha. For this call for aid, the credit is 8,199,986.10 euros, attributed to the budget application 21060000G/718A/4734E of the General Budgets of Castilla-La Mancha for the year 2025, the call being conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the indicated annuity. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications for aid will be submitted in accordance with the provisions of Order 10/2024, of January 30, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development, which establishes the single application for interventions in the form of direct payments and interventions for rural development assimilated to the integrated management and control system of the Common Agricultural Policy in Castilla-La Mancha, for the year 2024, its form and submission deadline. Sixth. Other data. This measure is mainly aimed at restoring, preserving and improving the existing biodiversity in the Special Protection Areas for Birds (SPA) of steppe environments, which are currently the most fragile systems in this Region. Therefore, its purpose is to grant aid consisting of a compensatory payment in these specific areas of the territory in which the application of article 6.1 and 2 of Directive 92/43/EEC and article 4.1 of Directive 2009/147/EC carried out in management plans implies limitations that lead to significant loss of income or significant increases in operating costs in daily activity.
