First.- Purpose The purpose of this order is to call for subsidies, under a direct concession regime, for the subscription of insurance policies for agricultural insurance lines included in the National Combined Agricultural Insurance Plans. Second.- Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this order may be natural and legal persons, civil societies, communities of property and shared ownership holdings, who, being owners of an agricultural holding in the Community of Castilla y León, subscribe with the insurance entities or authorized agents integrated into the Spanish Group of Insurance Entities of Seguros Agrarios Combinados, S.A. (hereinafter AGROSEGURO) for the year and period specified in the fifth point, a policy of any of the lines included in the National Combined Agricultural Insurance Plans that have the status of eligible activity, are beneficiaries of a state subsidy for the insurance premium through ENESA and are included in the Database for the Comprehensive Control of Access to Subsidies (CIAS) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and Environment managed by the State Entity. of Agrarian Insurance (ENESA). Third.- Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies have been established in Order AGR/679/2023, of May 22, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the subscription of agricultural insurance policies included in the Annual Combined Agricultural Insurance Plans ("BOCyL" no. 99, of May 25, 2023). Fourth.- Amount The credit assigned to the call is thirteen million six hundred thousand euros (€13,600,000.00). However, if budget availability allows, the initial allocation may be increased by an additional amount of up to 100% of the total amount called, without the need for a new call. Fifth.- Application submission deadline The formalization of the corresponding insurance contract policy will be considered an application for the subsidy, as long as the subscription period is between June 1, 2024 and May 31, 2025.
