Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3. b and 20.8 a. of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted on the municipal website https://www.zaragoza.es/sede/servicio/tramite/25840 and in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit entities with their own legal personality that meet the general requirements established in article 11 of the General Municipal Subsidies Ordinance may be beneficiaries. The entities will be classified by first, second and third level entities. ? First level entities are those that do not include others within them. ? Second-level entities are understood to be those that group two or more first-level entities. ? Third level entities are those that group second level entities. In the case of second and third level entities, the recipients will be understood as the legal entities linked to said entities and the project may include the permanent services provided to them. Second. Object. The specific objective of this call is to promote non-profit social initiatives in social action and thereby achieve: ? Cover social needs of citizens included in the eligible areas or lines of the call, in coordination with the Third Social Sector of the city. ? Promote the social inclusion of people with special difficulties. ? Promote social intervention resources that complement the coverage and intervention plans or itineraries of municipally owned social services. ? Promote the services and operating structures of the non-profit social initiative or Third Social Sector of the city. ? Promote co-responsibility with the Third Social Sector of the city. ? Promote innovation in methodologies, approaches and practices in the provision of social services. ? Promote and guarantee equality between women and men in all areas of the call. Third. Regulatory Bases. Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 2, which approves the consolidated Text of the Aragon Subsidies Law, the General Municipal Ordinance and Regulatory Bases for Subsidies of the Zaragoza City Council and its Public Sector approved by the Hon. Plenary Council dated September 26, 2016, and published in the BOPZ of October 13, 2016, as well as the regulations governing the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid in Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8. Room. Amount. The total amount of the call amounts to ?3,340,000.00, resulting in an estimated amount of ?1,670,000.00 for the 2025 annuity. Fifth. Application deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the announcement of this call in the Official Gazette of Aragon, Zaragoza Province Section. Applications must be submitted through the electronic office of the Zaragoza City Council, according to the electronic procedure and the standardized models available in the electronic application procedure, http://www.zaragoza.es/sede/servicio/tramite/37679, for subsidies of this call, in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
