Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Associations and non-profit entities specifically for youth (made up of members between 14 and 29 years old) in the municipality of Murcia. Other entities of the youth association movement that, lacking lucrative interest, develop programs and activities aimed at promoting the participation of the young population and with manifest youth protagonism in their preparation and development and that meet the requirements established in the call will also be beneficiaries. Second. Object and purpose Promote youth, cultural and social activities of general interest that encourage youth participation and their integration into society, stimulate the functioning of youth associations and groups, as well as support cultural, social, training, free time and volunteer initiatives that encourage the civic and citizen participation of youth. Subsidies will be granted for projects that include activities to be carried out by the entities during the period between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025, and aimed at the population of the municipality between the ages of 8 and 35. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance of Subsidies and Awards of the Murcia City Council. (BORM_36_02/14/2023). Room. Amount. The total amount of the call is 50,000.00 euros charged to budget application 2024 040 3340 48903, with the maximum subsidy amount per application being 3,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Twenty business days counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the BORM. Sixth. Other data. Subsidy applications will be formulated in accordance with the provisions of art. 66 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, through the Electronic Headquarters of the Murcia City Council (https://sede.murcia.es/areas?idCategoria=10006). Each entity may submit a single application, which must be accompanied by a detailed project of the program of activities for which the subsidy is requested, as well as the rest of the documentation required in the call. Payment of the subsidy awarded will be made for the total amount of the amount approved from the moment of granting as advance payment.
