Official description of the call
First. Purpose To call, on a competitive basis, two scholarships for postgraduates for training and practical specialization in the General Directorate of Commerce and Consumer Affairs carrying out activities, works and training studies and practical specialization in the sectors of activity of this General Directorate. Second. Field of specialization Group II: area of promotion activities aimed at the self-employed and SMEs, trade sector associations, sales promotion, study of supporting accounts for public subsidies, sanctioning procedures, administrative resources: 2 scholarships for university graduates, graduates, whose teachings have had a minimum duration of 4 years in Law, double Degree in Law + Economics. Group III: dissemination and advertising area, website content management, information collection, data management and processing in office applications: 1 scholarship for university graduates, graduates, whose teachings have had a minimum duration of 4 years in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism. The tasks of the scholarship recipients, under the technical direction of a tutor, will be: Collaborate in activities, work and training studies and practical specialization in the tasks carried out by the General Directorate of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Collaboration in management assistance actions. Prepare documentation on specific topics. Provide any other functions entrusted to you. Third. Beneficiary requirements. a) Possess full capacity to act and be a legal resident in Spain at the time of starting to enjoy the scholarship. b) Not having been separated from the service of any Administration or Institution as a result of disciplinary proceedings. c) Possess a qualification required for each of the groups indicated in the second resolution of this order. In any case, it will be required that no more than 3 years have elapsed since the issuance of the title or, where applicable, from the date of payment of the corresponding issuance fees, until the end date of the application submission period. Qualifications obtained abroad must be officially approved or recognized, as well as be fully valid in Spain. d) Applicants who do not have Spanish nationality must prove a level B2, or higher, of Spanish. e) Not having been a beneficiary of any other training scholarship in the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for two or more years. Those people who have enjoyed another training scholarship in the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria may access the status of beneficiary until completing the maximum period of two years legally established. f) Not be subject to any of the circumstances provided for in article 12.2 of the Cantabria Law 10/2006, of July 17, on Cantabria Subsidies. Room. Regulatory bases. Order IND/61/2022, of September 13, published in the Official Gazette of Cantabria of September 26, 2022. Fifth.- Amount. The amount of the scholarships will be eight hundred euros (€800.00) gross per month. Sixth.- Application submission deadline. It will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Cantabria.
