Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Young people from 18 to 30 years old from Zumaia. Second. Object. The main objective of this call is to promote the active participation of youth in Zumaia. Specifically, projects carried out in any field that reflect the interest and special passion of young people, presented both individually and in groups. As an example, those listed below: - Projects related to leisure. - Entrepreneurship projects. - Scientific projects. -Production of audiovisual works or works related to new technologies. - Edition of comics, fanzines or other cultural publications. - Other projects that young people from Zumaia can carry out. Third. Regulatory bases. Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. General Subsidy Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. General ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies by the Zumaia City Council and its Autonomous Bodies (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa No. 151, of August 11, 2020). Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Zumaia City Council for the period 2024-2027. (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa no. 243, of December 20, 2023). Legislative Decree 1/2023, of March 16, which approves the consolidated text of the Law for the Equality of Women and Men and Lives Free of Sexist Violence against Women. Room. Amount. The subsidies to be granted through this call will be charged to the following budget item: - 11200.481.337.20.01 2024 (168) Youth subsidies €5,000 Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications may be submitted in person or electronically by individuals. In person, applications will be submitted to the Zumaia Municipal Registry or by any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Telematically, by electronic registration by accessing the electronic headquarters of the City Council, through its website (www.zumaia.eus). Applications must be submitted before September 30, 2024, starting the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Sixth. Form and terms of payment. Each project can be subsidized with a maximum of 2,000 euros. Once the subsidy has been resolved, 100% of the approved subsidy will be granted, following a justifying report from the Youth Technician.
