Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Sports entities with their own legal personality that are legally constituted in accordance with the Law of Physical Activity and Sports of Aragon and registered in the General Registry of Sports Associations of the Government of Aragon and in the Municipal Census of Citizen Entities, and that, meeting the general requirements established in articles 9 and 11 and 12 of the General Municipal Subsidies Ordinance, meet the requirements established in the call and carry out their activity in the municipal area of Zaragoza. Activities and competitions attended in other aid calls promoted by Zaragoza Deporte Municipal S.A.U. are excluded. Second. Object. The objective of these Rules is to regulate, under a competitive competition regime, the granting of financial aid to sports entities that promote and organize national sports projects or events, to be held between July 1 and December 31, 2024, that complement or replace sports activities of municipal competition and collaborate in the promotion and promotion of sports. Third. Regulatory Bases. Financial aid will be governed by the provisions of this Call, Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, of the Government of Aragon, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Aragon Subsidies Law (BOA No. 90 of 05/15/2023), Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and by the Ordinance General Municipal and Subsidy Regulatory Bases of the Zaragoza City Council and its Public Sector approved by agreement of the Hon. Plenary Council on September 26, 2016 and published in BOP No. 236 dated October 13, 2016, as well as the Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Zaragoza City Council for the period 2024-2027 includes "Financial aid for activities of a National Character", in Strategic Line No. 4. Fourth. Amount. The financial award for the granting of these financial aid amounts, as a maximum amount, to 20,000 euros. This amount, by virtue of article 42 TRLSA, may be increased due to the existence of remainders in other aid calls that have already been concluded. The amount of aid to be granted, in no case may it be higher, in conjunction with other subsidies or aid granted by other public administrations or social works or equivalent financial entities, than 80% of the total cost of the sports project, in accordance with the budget presented by the sports entity. Fifth. Submission Deadline. The presentation of applications and their complementary documentation will be from September 9 to 16, 2024, electronically through the form available in the financial aid section of the Municipal Society's website (https://www.zaragozadeporte.com/Ayudas/).
