Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries: 1. Entrepreneurs who, on the date of application, meet any of these conditions may be beneficiaries of the aid referred to in this Order: a) They are managing a Rural Multiservice with a commercial offer, and must be the holders of the accredited consumption contracts, as well as meet the requirements demanded in this call and that their projects are selected in accordance with the evaluation criteria indicated in the fourth section. b) They are managing a commercial establishment located in an Aragonese town or municipality with less than 500 inhabitants. Second.- Purpose: The following will be subsidized from these aids: Expenses derived from the cost of energy consumption (electricity, gas and diesel), communication and water supply, generated directly by the commercial activity of Rural Multiservices and commercial establishments that are in towns with less than 500 inhabitants and that are in operation on the date of publication of this Order. In cases in which other activities in addition to commercial activities are carried out in the Rural Multiservice, the eligible expenses will be those linked to the surface area intended for commercial use. The costs of repair and maintenance of elements intended for commercial activity. Maintenance expenses for computer programs, software, computer tools for business management and online marketing. 2. The eligible action must have been carried out between May 30, 2023 and the date of submission of the application, a circumstance that will be verified with the date of issuance of the invoice. To be granted aid, both the execution of the activity and the payment must be justified at the time of the application. 3. An expense incurred and paid will be considered to be one that has been invoiced and paid between May 30, 2023 and the date of submission of the application. 4. In no case will the following concepts be subject to subsidy: - Rentals. - Taxes and fees. - Used goods. - Investments or expenses may not be subsidized when the seller of the assets or provider of the activity was the acquirer or a similar situation arises from which self-billing could arise. Third.- Regulatory Bases: Order EIE/815/2016, of July 25, published in the “Official Gazette of Aragon” number 152 of August 8, 2016, Order that has been modified by Order ICD/833/2020, of August 31, 2020 and by Order ICD/417/2021, of April 21. Fourth.- Amount, maximum percentage to be granted and maximum eligible expense per beneficiary: 1. The total amount planned for this call is ONE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN EUROS (149,727 euros), charged to application G/15060/6221/470128/91002 of the Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Aragon for the year 2024. 2. Within the available credit, the maximum individualized amount of the subsidy per beneficiary will be up to 80% of the eligible expenses, with a maximum eligible expense of 5,000 euros, per beneficiary. If the budget availability is sufficient to be able to provide the maximum amount of aid to all favorable applications submitted, they will be given the maximum percentage allowed. If said budgetary availability is not sufficient, the individualized amount of the subsidy will be determined by applying the mathematical formula established in the fifth section of the call order, which takes into account the eligible amount, or, where applicable, the maximum eligible amount, and the maximum and minimum scores that can be obtained. Fifth.- Presentation deadline. 1. The subsidy application will be made by those who can access the status of beneficiaries according to the third section of this call. 2.
