Official description of the call
First.- Purpose: The purpose of these regulations is to define the conditions and procedure to be followed for the application and granting of subsidies granted by the City Council of Xàtiva, within the framework of its budgetary provisions, to those women's associations that organize activities aimed at promoting gender equality and/or against gender violence in the City of the municipality of Xativa. Beneficiary associations will have to meet the following requirements: • Be legally constituted. • Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Municipal Associations of Xàtiva. • Have its registered office and tax address in the municipality of Xàtiva. • Not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. • Be up to date with your tax obligations. • Have justified, if applicable, the subsidies granted by this City Council in the previous financial year. • Not have any administrative sanction. • Not have any profit motive. • The statutes must contain, among their purposes, the promotion of gender equality. • It must be composed of 90% women and its Board of Directors must be 100% women. Third.- Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases for granting aid to women's associations in the municipality of Xàtiva that carry out activities that promote equality and/or against gender violence. fiscal year 2023 have been approved within the framework of the Bases for the Execution of the Municipal Budget of the City Council of The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days from the day following the date of publication of these bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Fifth.- Documentation: That indicated in clause 5 of the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to women's associations in the municipality of Xàtiva that carry out activities that promote equality and/or against gender violence. Fiscal year 2024. Sixth.- Resolution: The competent body for the resolution will be the Local Government Board of the Xàtiva City Council.
