The Running of the Bulls, A Unique Moment San Buenaventura, Festival of Regional Tourist Interest 1.-PARTICIPANTS: Anyone can participate, without age limit, with photographic or artistic interests who are the authors of the images presented and own the rights to them, without any restrictions from agencies or companies. 2.- THEME: The theme of the photographs will be the bull runs at 1:00 p.m. as part of the 2024 San Buenaventura Festival held in Moraleja from July 11 to 15 under the motto The Bull Runs, A Unique Moment. The snapshots must be original and unpublished, not having been presented in other contests and their authors will be responsible, before the City Council and third parties, for compliance with the provisions of these rules. 3.- JOB NUMBER. It is established to submit a maximum of 3 photographs per participant. 4.- FORMAT: The works will be presented in JPEG format of the highest quality. They will be free in concept and techniques, whenever their reproduction is possible. 5. PRESENTATION OF THE WORKS. The deadline for submitting the works will be from July 16 to 21, 2024. The works will be presented to the Moraleja City Council through the email registrar@moraleja.es. Participants must send, in addition to the photographs, a text file with the following information. Personal Data: Name and surname, DNI number, address, telephone number, email address. Image 1: Title Image 2: Title Image 3: Title Each participant will be sent an email confirming receipt of the files and correct viewing of the images. Once all the images have been received, they will be delivered to the jury, preserving the anonymity of the authors. 6. PRIZES: ABSOLUTE PRIZE For the best photograph of the San Buenaventura Bull Runs €250 + Diploma. ACCESIT PRIZE €50 + Diploma At the same time, through the prize, the Moraleja City Council acquires, exclusively, all the economic rights of intellectual property inherent to the awarded works, and may freely proceed with the reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation during the period indicated in article 26 of the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law, having the right to express the work by any tangible or intangible means or support, including each and every one of the modalities of exploitation, including the rights of reproduction in any medium or format, as well as the rights of distribution and public communication of the work, for commercial exploitation throughout the world. The online broadcast and transmission of the works and their making available through interactive digital networks, such as the Internet, are expressly included. The winners will be awarded at an awards ceremony that will be held at the place and date communicated by the organization in the days following the jury's decision. The winner will have to be present on the day and time in order to claim the prize, unless there is proven major cause. 7. JURY The Qualifying Jury will be composed as follows, being appointed by Mayor's Resolution. President. Tourism Area Councilor of the Hon. Moraleja City Council Members. 2 people linked to the municipality of Moraleja of recognized prestige within the photographic, artistic and/or cultural field. Secretary. Secretary of the corporation or public employee whom you delegate (with voice but without vote) to draw up minutes. *The Qualifying Jury may declare the prize void. 8. SCORING ASPECTS Technical quality of the photography, composition, originality, framing, focus, luminosity, expressive purpose, space and color 9. DISSEMINATION The call and its rules will be published on the Notice Board, on the official website of the Excmo. Moraleja City Council www.moraleja.es, as well as on its social networks. 10. FINAL RULES The fact of participating in the contest implies knowledge and acceptance by all contestants of these rules; which is why they will not be able to challenge them once the presentation is formalized. The competent bodies, in each case, will be empowered to resolve any doubts that arise and make the necessary agreements for the good order of the contest, in everything not provided for in these Rules.
