Official description of the call
FIRST- Beneficiaries: The subsidies regulated in this Call will be directed to the following entities: Non-profit social associations whose purpose is the integration of people with drug addiction problems, with headquarters or permanent delegation in the municipality of Almería, provided that they comply with the requirements indicated in each case and fully accept the content of the regulatory bases. Entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of the LGS and 5 of the General Subsidies Ordinance, of the Almería City Council and its Autonomous Bodies, published in the Official Gazette of the Province number 197, of October 13, 2022, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary of subsidies. SECOND- Object: Actions of a social nature, and specifically actions aimed at the integration of people with drug addiction problems. Regulatory Bases: In the processing of this call, the Bases that must govern the public call for the granting of subsidies regarding the integration of people with drug addiction problems for the 2024 financial year of the Area Delegation of SOCIAL INTEGRATION, PARTICIPATION AND DISTRICTS of the Hon. Almería City Council, published in the aforementioned General Subsidies Ordinance. FOURTH- Amount: The maximum amount of the Call amount is €20,000.00. FIFTH- Deadline for Submitting Applications: Fifteen business days (15), counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería, carried out through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). However, when the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be deemed extended to the first following business day.
