Official description of the call

First. Beneficiary Entities Non-profit entities, established and registered in the corresponding official registries, will have the status of beneficiary entities, for the purposes of this resolution. Second. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to call, under a competitive competition regime, aid for the implementation of projects for the prevention of multiple or intersectional discrimination, which occurs when two or more causes of discrimination occur simultaneously on women, giving rise to situations of greater vulnerability. Special attention will be given to situations of vulnerability to gender violence that women with disabilities may suffer, or with other factors of discrimination such as their ethnic, migrant, poverty, refugee or displaced status, among others. Third. Regulatory bases The subsidies referred to in this resolution, in addition to what is provided for in it, will be governed by Order 40/2023, of February 23, of the Ministry of Equality and Spokesperson, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to promote gender equality, the prevention of sexist violence and non-discrimination, published in DOCM no. 43, of March 2, 2023. Fourth. Financing and amount of subsidies The maximum estimated amount allocated for this call for subsidies is 175,000.00 euros, the distribution of which is estimated as follows 54,000.00 euros to item 70.01.323B.48126 (fund 0000000007) finalist fund from the State Pact against Gender Violence, and the others 121,000.00 euros will be allocated to item 70.01.323B.48126 of the General Budgets of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha for 2024, line 1148 of the Strategic Subsidies Plan, associated with the PEP element OOAA/0000001825. However, a limit is established that the amount of the subsidy cannot exceed the amount of 18,000.00 euros per project, established in article 19 of Order 40/2023, of February 23 of the Ministry of Equality and Spokesperson, which establishes the regulatory bases, and in the third section of the call. Fifth. Deadline and form for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of this Resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha. Applications will only be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es), and will be addressed to the owner of the Women's Institute of Castilla-La Mancha.
