Official description of the call

“First.- Beneficiaries: Those authors who wish to do so from the age of 14, who meet the requirements established in the Third Base of the Contest regulations, published on the website of the Eliana City Council www.leliana.es./es/page/subvenciones may take part in this contest. Second.- Object and purpose of granting the Aid: The Purpose of the call is to promote, awaken and stimulate artistic creation and literary, and promote the promotion and habit of reading, and the social use of the language of the Valencian Community in all sectors. Third.- Concession regime: Under a competitive competition regime. Fourth.- Requirements to request the subsidy and documentation to be provided: Included in the third and fourth bases of the Contest regulations, published on the Eliana City Council website www.leliana.es./es/page/subvenciones Fifth.- Judgment criteria: Those included in Base 6.3 of the regulations of the Contest, published on the website of the Eliana City Council www.leliana.es./es/page/subvenciones. Sixth.- Regulatory bases: General bases adopted in the session of November 30, 2023 of the Municipal Plenary Session, published in BOP No. 29 of February 9, 2024, together with this one. call and published on the website of the City Council of l’Eliana www.leliana.es./es/page/subvenciones. Seventh.- Amount: The maximum total amount of the budgetary credit allocated to this call is €4,200.00, financed from the budget application 9019.3342.48900, “Vila de l’Eliana Awards”. 2024" of the current municipal budget. Eighth.- Competent bodies for instruction: Subsidy management area that corresponds to the Administrative Services of the Culture area. Ninth.- Collegiate body that evaluates the applications: Members of the Jury, as provided for in Base 6.2 of those regulating the Contest, published on the Eliana City Council website www.leliana.es./es/page/subvenciones. Tenth.- Body that grants the Awards: The Mayor's Office. Eleventh.- Deadline for submitting applications: From the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, and until July 29, 2024. Twelfth: Means of notification or publication: The resolution of this procedure will be motivated and will be notified to the interested parties and will be published on the Town Hall notice board, on the municipal website. www.leliana.es./es/page/subvenciones. Thirteenth: Appeals: The Resolution by which these awards are granted puts an end to the administrative procedure, and an appeal for reconsideration may be optionally filed, prior to the contentious-administrative case, within a period of one month from the day following the date of its notification, or challenged directly before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community in the period of two months, counted from the day following the date of its notification, without prejudice to the use of any other period that it considers appropriate.”
