Official description of the call
This extract corresponds to the same text of the extract of the call published with the BDNS code 766884. First. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to publish the credits available in the financial year 2024 for the granting of subsidies regulated in Decree 103/2022, of September 13, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies to promote access to quality employment for young people and promote professional qualifications, co-financed by the European Social Fund. Second.- Help lines Line 1: Aid for the formalization of alternation training contracts. Line 2: Aid for the formalization of training contracts to obtain professional practice. Line 3: Aid for the formalization of replacement contracts. Line 4: Aid for the transformation into indefinite contracts of alternating training contracts, training contracts to obtain professional practice and relief contracts, and for the indefinite hiring of people who have ended their employment relationship, through training or relief contracts, in the same company or group of companies, in the six months prior to the indefinite hiring. Third.- Beneficiaries Companies, whether natural or legal persons, labor or cooperative societies, communities of property, civil societies and non-profit entities may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Room. Regulatory bases Decree 103/2022, of September 13, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies to promote access to employment for young people and promote professional qualifications, co-financed by the European Social Fund. Fifth. Financing and amount of subsidies 1. The budgetary credit available for the financial year 2024 amounts to 3,200,000 euros, charged to programs 324B "Mixed training and employment programs" of the General Directorate of Vocational Training in the Workplace and 322B "Promotion and Management of Employment", of the General Directorate of Employment. 2. Beneficiary entities may receive a subsidy amounting to 5,500 euros for carrying out alternation training contracts, training contracts to obtain professional practice or replacement contracts. Likewise, they will receive a subsidy in the amount of 6,000 euros for the transformation into indefinite contracts of alternating training contracts, training contracts to obtain professional practice and relief contracts, and for the indefinite hiring of people who have ended their employment relationship, through training or relief contracts, in the same company or group of companies, in the six months prior to the indefinite hiring. 3. These amounts will be increased by 700 euros when the person hired is a woman who is a victim of gender violence, people with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% or people in a situation of social exclusion. In addition, and only for transformation and indefinite hiring, the amount of the subsidy will also increase by 700 euros when the hiring constitutes the first indefinite term contract made by a self-employed worker. 4. Likewise, the amount of the subsidy established in each of the help lines will increase by 20% in the event that the subsidized activity is carried out in one of the municipalities included in the Annex to Decree 52/2018, of July 31, on the geographical delimitation of priority areas in Castilla-La Mancha. This increase may be accumulated to those established in the Agreement of 10/19/2021, of the Government Council, on the application of incentive criteria and support measures for aid applicants in sparsely populated areas or at risk of depopulation. Likewise, it may be added to that established in the sixth additional provision of Law 2/2021, of May 7, on Economic, Social and Tax Measures against Depopulation and for the Development of the Rural Environment in Castilla-La Mancha for municipalities in intermediate rural areas with a predominance of agricultural activity, with a population of less than 2,000 inhabitants, that have lost population during the five years prior to January 1, 2021.
