EXTRACT FROM THE PUBLIC CALL FOR SUBSIDIES INTENDED FOR THE ASSOCIATIONS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALOVERA, WITHOUT PROFIT, FOR THE CARRYING OUT OF SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES 2024 Text ES: BDNS(Identif.): 766988Extract from the Mayor's Resolution of the Alovera City Council, by the that the public call for subsidies for non-profit associations of the municipality of Alovera is approved for carrying out social, cultural and leisure activities 2024. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies. Subsidies (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First.- Object1. Activities of utility or social interest, carried out by associations of the municipality, whose purpose is to promote cultural and artistic activity of general interest in order to support and disseminate culture in its various manifestations, as well as leisure and free time activities, promoting associations and citizen participation. The amount of the subsidy will be applicable to the expenses generated directly in carrying out the activities for which it is granted. 2. Eligible expenses will be considered those that undoubtedly respond to the nature of the subsidized activity, are strictly necessary and are carried out within the period between November 16, 2023 and November 15, 2024. Specifically, they will be those derived from the activities carried out by the association whose purpose is the promotion and dissemination of culture, social and leisure activities, as well as expenses derived from the acquisition of material to carry out said activities. in addition to teaching expenses for those associations in which they are essential for their operation. Second.- Requirements to apply for the subsidy and how to accredit them1. The Associations of the municipality of Alovera, which meet the requirements of the regulatory bases and of this call for carrying out the activities subject to the subsidy, will be eligible for the subsidies established in this call, provided that: a) They are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations at the end of the deadline for submitting applications. b) They have their registered office and tax address in the municipality of Alovera. c) They are not for profit. d) They have in their statutes, among their objectives, the carrying out of activities that are the subject of the regulatory bases. e) They are adapted to Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association. f) They are not included in other lines of subsidy from the Alovera City Council for the same concept. These requirements will be verified by the Municipal Registry of Associations of the City Council. 2. They must also meet the following specific requirements: 1.- The adaptation of the proposed activity to the objectives of the regulatory bases. 2.- The adaptation of the budget to the objective of the project presented. 3.- Coherence of the project with the other activities of the Association. These requirements will be verified by the City Council based on the documentation presented with the application. 3. Entities that meet any of the circumstances established in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may not be beneficiaries of this subsidy. Third.- Regulatory basesThe granting of these subsidies is framed within the regulatory bases that must govern the public call for subsidies intended for non-profit associations of the municipality of Alovera, for the carrying out of social, cultural and leisure activities, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in an ordinary session on April 29, 2019 (BOP of Guadalajara no. 126 of 07/05/2019), modified by agreement of the Plenary Session of April 26, 2021 (BOP Guadalajara no. 118 of 06/23/2021). Fourth.- Amount of aid1. The subsidies granted under this call will be attributed to the budget application 337 48200 Subsidies to non-profit entities, in the amount of 28,000.00 euros 2. The granting of these subsidies will be compatible with other public or private subsidies
