* * * In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of * Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the * extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the * National Subsidies Database * (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index). * * First: Object. * * The intervention * consisting of the establishment of young farmers, in * the field of agriculture, provided for in letter f) of base 1 * approved by Order of February 5, 2024, of the Ministry of * Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food Sovereignty (BOC no. 32, of * 13.2.2024), will be the subject of a subsidy under this call. * * Second: Beneficiaries. * * Persons who, * in accordance with the definition provided for in letter i), of section 1 of * base 3 approved by Order of February 5, 2024, of the Ministry of * Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food Sovereignty (BOC No. 32, of * 13.2.2024), hold the status of "young farmer", and comply with the * the requirements demanded in base 7 approved by the aforementioned Order, as well as * those provided for in the sixth resolution of the Order of convocation. * * Third: Regulatory bases. * * This call will be governed by the regulatory bases approved * by the Order of February 5, 2024, of the Ministry of Agriculture, * Livestock, Fisheries and Food Sovereignty, which approves the * regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies that * correspond to certain rural development interventions * planned within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy * (PEPAC) for the period 2023-2027 in the Canary Islands (BOC no. 32, of February 13, 2024). * * Fourth: Amount. * * The total amount of the call is two million euros * (€2,000,000.00), in accordance with the provisions of the Fourth Resolution * of the Order to which this extract refers, distributed as follows: * * Selection procedure * Amount (€) * 2024 * 400,000.00 * 2025 * 400,000.00 * 2026 * 400,000.00 * 2027 * 400,000.00 * 2028 * 400,000.00 * * * The credits assigned to each selection procedure, except for * 2024, will be conditional on the existence of adequate and * sufficient credit in each period, and the approval of said expense in the * terms established in section 2 of the First Resolution of the Order * to which this extract refers. * * The co-financing of 80% of the European Union is not determined in this * call, but will be paid directly to those who are * beneficiaries of the subsidies that are called, through the * Paying Body of European Agricultural Funds. * * Fifth.
