ANNEX I: Call for line 5. 1. Purpose. The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies to non-profit sports clubs and groups in Tolosa, to compensate for unforeseen expenses derived from the closure of Usabal as a result of the BPXport staff strike. 2. Credit and budget item to which the subsidy is attributed. The total amount of subsidies to be awarded in this call will be €50,000 charged to the following item of the General Budget of the Tolosa City Council: 1000.481.05.34100 (2024). 3. Requirements that beneficiary entities must meet to obtain the subsidy. The general requirements to be met by the beneficiary entities are the following: Be up to date in compliance with their tax and Social Security obligations. Not maintain debts or tax penalties in the executive period with the Tolosa City Council, unless they are postponed, divided or whose execution is suspended. Not being in any of the cases indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Not be subject to a firm administrative, labor or criminal sanction for having violated the right to equality and non-discrimination on the basis of sex during the period imposed in the corresponding sanction, or not to be subject to any prohibition established in Legislative Decree 1/2023, of March 16, which approves the consolidated text of the Law for the Equality of Women and Men and Lives Free of Sexist Violence against Women, or in any other cause stipulated in the applicable regulations. Not carry out activities that involve discrimination based on sex or multiple discrimination factors, of women or groups of women, when other factors exist that may give rise to situations of discrimination, such as race, color, ethnic origin, language, religion, political or other opinion, belonging to a national minority, heritage, place of birth, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, the immigration process, refugee status, culture, rural origin, situation of social exclusion, seropositive status, single-parent family, family configuration or any other personal, social or administrative condition or circumstance. The specific requirements to be met by the beneficiary entities are: That the subsidized activity has a place within its social object or purposes. Direct impact of the strike period on the club's ordinary activity, documenting it. Direct impact of the strike period on the club's expenses, beyond ordinary activity, and which have not been included in the annual subsidy. Accredit the proportional loss of athletes from the sports school. Have the registered office in Tolosa. 4. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa and will end on September 15 of the same year. 5. Documentation to accompany the application. Said form must be signed by the person who has the legal capacity to represent the requesting entity. In it, the following aspects will be indicated: Responsible declaration of not being involved in any of the causes of prohibition to obtain subsidies as stipulated by the applicable regulations. Responsible declaration recording the subsidy requests made to other departments, institutions, organizations, etc., or, where applicable, those that were granted for the same activity or purpose. Justifying report. List of invoices (GAS form) and justification for payment thereof. Invoices and supporting documents thereof. Travel expenses will be justified as follows: Travel expenses with your own vehicle made by the personnel in charge of the beneficiary entity through payroll.
