BDNS (Identifier): COAN Line: ; FEDCO Line: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and in this BOJA (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). First: For the year 2024, in the form of concession under a competitive concurrence regime, subsidies are called for the members of the network of Andalusian communities abroad, charged to the budgetary credits indicated: BUDGETARY POSITION DENOMINATION 0100010000-G/82 A/487.01/00.01 To families and non-profit institutions. Promotion Maximum amount of 1,082,076.86 euros, distributed as follows: - COAN Line: -- €852,076.86 - FEDCO Line: -- €230,000.00 Second. Beneficiaries: Associations, coordinators and federations of Andalusian communities abroad, recognized by the Junta de Andalucía and registered in the Official Registry of Andalusian Communities (ROCA). Third. Purpose: The intended purpose is the maintenance of cultural promotion activities. Room. Regulatory bases: This call will be governed by the Order of April 30, 2024 (B.O.J.A. Number 88, of May 8, 2024), which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to the Andalusian Communities, on a competitive basis, intended for cultural promotion activities aimed at the Andalusian population abroad, as well as for the maintenance of said entities. Fifth. Amount: The allocation is reflected in the table in the first section, classified by the corresponding economic applications according to the type of entities to which the aid is directed. The maximum amount subsidized will be 1,082,076.86 euros, expandable in the terms established in the Call Order. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications to the call corresponding to the 2024 financial year will be twenty business days, which will begin the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, as provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Seventh. Other information: The application forms and other necessary information are published in this BOJA, together with the Call.
