Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Small companies in corporate form, including cooperatives, and that meet the requirements specified in the regulatory bases. Second. Purpose: The purpose of the call is, in accordance with the competitive competition regime provided for in Chapter I of Title I of Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, to establish aid aimed at companies for the implementation of business projects in the phases of creation and consolidation of companies with technological potential and scalable within the framework of the RIS4 Region of Murcia 2021-2027 strategy. Financed business projects may be any of the following: 1.- Product or process innovation projects. 2.- Productive investment projects. 3.- Projects to digitize the management and provision of company services. 4.- Projects for the promotion, launch and positioning of a product or service. 5.- Third party product or service internationalization projects. Regulatory Bases: Order of April 24, 2024 of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Business, approving the regulatory bases of the aid of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia for the implementation of business projects in the phases of creation and consolidation of companies with technological potential and scalable within the framework of the RIS4 Strategy Region of Murcia 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia No. 100, dated May 2, 2024. Fourth. Financing: The maximum available credit for this call is TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€2,200,000), charged to the corresponding budget item for 2024, 2025 and 2026, in accordance with the following estimated distribution: - 2024 Annuity: €440,000 - 2025 Annuity: €1,320,000 - Annuity 2026: €440,000 This credit will be financed up to 60%, with resources from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), that is, up to one million three hundred and twenty thousand euros (1,320,000.00.- €), assigned to the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia in accordance with the Global Grant established by Decision C (2022) 9040 of the Commission. Fifth. Subsidy amount: The maximum subsidy amount may not exceed 80,000 euros per beneficiary, without prejudice to the provisions of section Three, letter b) of the call. The intensity of the subsidies will be as provided in section 1, article 6 of the regulatory bases order. Sixth. Submission and deadline: The interested parties, on a mandatory basis, including natural persons (individual or self-employed entrepreneurs), must direct their request to the Presidency of the Development Institute by electronically submitting applications and complementary documentation, in accordance with the model that you will find at the Internet address: www.institutofomentomurcia.es/infodirecto. The applicant must have a recognized or qualified electronic certificate of electronic user signature issued by providers included in the “trusted list of certification service providers”, and their list will be available at the Internet address indicated above. The subsidy application may be submitted from 9:00 a.m. the day after the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia until 11:59 p.m. on July 15, 2024.
