Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): DIPUTACIÓN DE TARRAGONA Employment and Policies Unit Entrepreneurship Area of People and Talent Management First. – Beneficiaries Private associations and foundations and unions in the region whose objective is to promote or promote occupational projects in Camp de Tarragona, Terres de l'Ebre and Baix Penedès may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Natural persons, public or private companies, public administrations and entities dependent on them, regardless of their legal nature or form, public organizations based on associations (consortia, associations, etc.), universities or dependent entities cannot be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Second. – Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies aimed at financing those actions that promote and reinforce employment, insertion and job orientation and those that promote the creation of new jobs in the territory. Third. - Eligible activities and expenses Eligible activities: Sectoral strategic activities that promote and reinforce employment and/or insertion in the territory and/or that promote the creation of new jobs. Non-eligible activities: Activities that are solely recreational or festive in nature. Eligible expenses: • Hiring external services to carry out training activities or any other action that aims to contribute to the promotion of employment. • Space rental. • Material expenses, except those indicated in the following sections. • Personnel expenses. Non-eligible expenses: • Gastronomic expenses; meals, drinks, snacks. • Operating expenses: management, membership fees, telephone, water, electricity, gas, telecommunications and any other type of supply. • Travel expenses and subsistence allowances. • Acquisition of furniture, equipment, vehicles, infrastructure, real estate and land. • Deductible VAT in accordance with article 31.8 of the General Subsidies Law. Room. - Budget credit and maximum total amount Budget application 8040/241/48004. The maximum total amount of the subsidies called will be €300,000. This maximum amount may be increased according to the requests received and budget availability. Fifth. - Amount to be granted The amount of the subsidy is that which results from the evaluation and weighting of the requests in accordance with the evaluation criteria established in the call, and from the distribution of the budget allocation of the corresponding budgetary application between the number of applications submitted and depending on the eligible budget, taking into account that the maximum co-financing percentage by the Provincial Council of Tarragona will be 75%, a maximum subsidy amount of €18,000 per beneficiary entity. If, according to the score obtained, an amount greater than €18,000 is obtained, the percentage awarded will be reduced until the established limit is reached. If it is verified that in the application the amount of subsidy requested is higher than the maximum for the call, the amount requested is limited to the maximum amount to be subsidized provided for in the call, without requiring an amendment in this regard. If the total amount resulting from applying the previous criteria exceeds the amount established in the call, the different subsidies to be granted to each entity must be reduced proportionally with respect to the total until reaching the limit of the call. Sixth. - Application submission deadline: From the day following the publication of the call announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona (BOPT) until August 5, 2024. Seventh. - Form of submission of applications: Electronically through the specific application process available at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Tarragona and can only be formalized and signed using the digital certificate of representation
