CALL FOR GRANTING SUBSIDIES FOR PROMOTION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF SPORTS ACTIVITY

Official description of the call
First.- Regulatory Bases By agreement of the Plenary Session dated April 25, 2024, the New Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies for the promotion and promotion of sporting activity were approved. These Regulatory Bases were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona no. 98 dated May 21, 2024 and also a reference to this publication in DOGC no. 9166 dated May 21, 2024. Second.- Beneficiaries and requirements The natural or legal persons who carry out the activity on which they are granted may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of Leve 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and meet the following conditions: Legal entities, legally constituted, that meet the requirements detailed below: - Be legally constituted, have the registered office and carry out sports activity in the municipality of Vilobí d'Onyar. Or, that they develop their program of activities outside the municipality, if it is considered that they cannot be carried out in the municipality or the proposed activities are of interest for the external projection of the municipality. - Be registered and have the updated data corresponding to the General Registry of Entities of the City Council. - Be registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of the Generalitat of Catalonia. - Be up to date with tax obligations with the Vilobí de Onyar City Council, with the Tax Agency and with Social Security. Sports entities will prove that they are up to date with the payment of their tax and social security obligations by means of a responsible declaration of being current, or by providing the certificates issued by the corresponding administrations (State Agency for Tax Administration and Social Security Treasury.) - Having correctly justified the aid received in previous years and not being affected by any type of sanction. - That they comply with all the regulations that regulate the implementation of the proposed activities and have the accident and civil liability insurance determined by current regulations. - That they prove (responsible declaration) that they have never been subject to final administrative sanctions or final condemnatory sentences against Law 17/2015, of July 21, on effective equality between women and men. The natural persons beneficiaries or the fathers, mothers, legal guardians or persons temporarily or permanently in charge of the custody of the beneficiary in the event that the athlete is a minor. Beneficiaries can be athletes who can prove: - Be registered in the municipality of Vilobí d'Onyar. - Have a current federative license, processed by the Federation of the corresponding modality or the non-federative license of a public entity organizing the activity. - Not have any type of license and/or professional or similar contract. - Be up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations. - Be aware of the reimbursement obligations (as a result of the perceptive revocation file) of subsidies. - Never having been subject to firm administrative sanctions or final convictions against Law 17/2015, of July 21, on effective equality between women and men (responsible declaration). Third.- Object, conditions and purposes of the subsidies The purpose of this call is to regulate the procedure for granting, on a competitive basis, subsidies for sports entities and individuals in the municipality, with the following main objectives: – Promote, enhance and diversify the practice of sports activity among the population of the municipality. - Provide support to local sports entities to consolidate and structure the municipality's sports system. - Promote sports practice as an educational, integrative and health promotion tool. Fourth.- Maximum total amount of subsidies to be awarded, programs and budget allocation The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2024 for the granting of subsidies for the sports programs object of this call will be €21,000, which will be divided into: - €5,000.00 for Program A, to support the organization
