File: 2147/2024 EXTRACT FROM THE CALL FOR THE COSTUMES AND FLOATS AWARDS IN THE PARADE OF THE ALOVERA FESTIVALS IN HONOR OF THE VIRGEN DEL CARMEN ADDRESSED TO THE PEÑAS-ASOCIATIONS 2024 Text ES: BDNS(Identif.): 771603Extract from the Mayor's Resolution of the Alovera City Council, which approves the public call for the costume and float awards in the Alovera Festivities Parade in honor of the Virgen del Carmen addressed to the clubs-associations 2024. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call whose text is published The complete document can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First.- Object and purpose The object of this call is to regulate the granting of the COSTUMES AND FLOATS AWARDS IN THE PARADE OF THE ALOVERA FESTIVALS IN HONOR OF THE VIRGIN OF CARMEN DIRECTED TO THE PEÑAS-ASOCIATIONS 2024 with the purpose of promoting the Parade of costumes and floats in the Festivities in honor of the Virgin of Carmen and associative participation through prizes to the clubs-associations. Second.- Regulatory Bases The call for these awards is framed within the Regulatory Bases for the granting of educational, cultural, scientific or any other prizes subject to publicity and attendance by the Alovera City Council, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in an ordinary session dated September 28, 2020 (BOP of Guadalajara no. 228 of 01/12/2020). Third.- Budget credits 1. The prizes awarded under this call will be attributed to the budget application 338 48301 Popular festivals and celebrations. Prizes to clubs-associations for costume parade and floats, in the amount of 1,000.00 euros. 2. The granting of these prizes will be compatible with other public or private prizes awarded for the same destination. Fourth.- Prizes Float category: - 1st prize: €300.00 - 2nd prize: €250.00 - 3rd prize: €200.00 Costume category:- Prize: €250.00 Fifth. Form and deadline for submitting applications Applications, according to the Annex I model, will be submitted to the City Council's electronic headquarters https://alovera.sedelectronica.es. The period will end after one month from the publication of the extract of the call on the City Council's Notice Board, as well as the website, which will take place once published in the Official Gazette of the Province, through the National Subsidies Database. Applications submitted outside the established deadline will be returned to the interested parties by the Alovera City Council, indicating such circumstance, without further processing.
