Description of the Call: Agreement of the Local Government Board, of June 20, 2024, which approves the CALL FOR THE GRANT OF AID, UNDER A REGIME OF COMPETITIVE CONCURRENCY, DESTINED FOR REHABILITATION ACTIONS OF HOUSING BUILDINGS. YEAR 2024. Beneficiaries: The communities of owners, the groups of communities of owners, the cooperatives of residential buildings of collective residential typology or the sole owners of residential buildings of collective residential typology, located in the municipality of Elche. Purpose: Conservation actions for buildings whose need has been highlighted in the corresponding Building Evaluation Report (IEE) and to improve their safety of use and accessibility. Regulatory bases: Bases for Execution of the 2024 Budget, published in full in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante on January 23, 2024. Amount: €500,000.00. Submission Deadline: Three months from the day following the publication of the extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province.
