2024 aid for the hiring of postdoctoral students financed with the European Social Fund Operational Program 2021-2027 and funds from the Autonomous Community of Extremadura according to the Decree of June 4, 2024 that convenes

BDNS (Identif.): 771793. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of Decree 50/2024, of June 4, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the hiring of Doctoral Research Personnel in the Extremadura System of Science, Technology and Innovation and approves the first call. Subsequently, it was published in DOE no. 234, of December 2, 2024, Decree 147/2024, of November 26, which modifies Decree 50/2024, of June 4, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the hiring of Doctoral Research Personnel in the Extremadura System of Science, Technology and Innovation and approves the first call. In the fourth section of the extract cited in the previous paragraph, which includes the amount and financing of the aid, the following was stated: The credit planned for the call for the 2024 annuity amounts to 1,725,490.00 euros, of which 1,095,081.00 euros will be financed from Expenditure Project 20220382 called "Development of the Research Career, Incorporation of Talent and Employability. Postdoctoral Contracts", of the Extremadura FSE+ Program, fund code FS21411A06, and 630,409.00 euros from Expenditure Project 20240097 called "Activities of R&D&I in Strategic Areas”, from the funding source of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura CAG0000001. Once all the applications submitted have been reviewed and prior to the granting resolution and to comply with article 39 of Law 6/2011 of March 23, it is necessary to modify the distribution of credits between budget applications to meet the financeable applications, that is, applications that meet the requirements to be financed in each center. By virtue of the provisions of article 39.3 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the different distribution between the projects and budget applications included in the call initially planned requires the publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura of an announcement from the body that approved the call, containing the text of the modification made. For all of the above, the modification of the Extract and announcement of redistribution of credits provided for in section 11 of the single additional provision of Decree 50/2024, of June 4, is published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, maintaining the total amount of the call at 1,725,490.00 euros. Of this total amount, €1,095,081.00 is financed from Expenditure Project 20220382 called "Development of the Research Career, Incorporation of Talent and Employability. Postdoctoral Contracts", of the Extremadura FSE+ Program, fund code FS21411A06 and the distribution of the credits between the budget applications is as follows: -For the annuity 2025: 130060000/331B/40000/ FS21411A06: €0.00. 130060000/331B/43200/ FS21411A06: €155,076.00. 130060000/331B/43900/ FS21411A06: €12,923.00. 130060000/331B/44000/ FS21411A06: €0.00. -For the 2026 annuity: 130060000/331B/40000/ FS21411A06: €0.00. 130060000/331B/43200/ FS21411A06: €455,784.00. 130060000/331B/43900/ FS21411A06: €37,982.00. 130060000/331B/44000/ FS21411A06: €0.00. -For the 2027 annuity: 130060000/331B/40000/ FS21411A06: €0.00. 130060000/331B/43200/ FS21411A06: €399,984.00. 130060000/331B/43900/ FS21411A06: €33,332.00. 130060000/331B/44000/ FS21411A06: €0.00.
