Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Commercial companies with their own legal personality that meet the requirements established in article 7 of Order ICT/736/2023, of July 5, and whose main activity is in one of the cases included in Annex I of this order, may benefit from the aid established in this call. Second. Object. Execution of investment plans corresponding to section B, projects to promote the electric and connected vehicle value chain, within the Strategic Project for Economic Recovery and Transformation in the electric and connected vehicle sector. Third. Regulatory bases. Order ICT/736/2023, of July 5, published in the BOE of July 7, 2023. Fourth. Amount of financing called. The aid granted within the framework of this call may take the form of a repayable loan or be a combination of loan and grant. The maximum total amount called will be 200,000,000 euros, of which 100,000,000 euros will be in the form of loans and 100,000,000 euros in the form of a subsidy. Fifth. Characteristics of the loans to be granted Reimbursable loans at an interest rate of 3.058% and with a total repayment period of 10 years with a 3-year grace period. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The submission period will begin on September 16, 2024 at 10:00 and will end on October 4, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
