Official description of the call
1. Purpose of the subsidy. Social emergency aid is non-periodic benefits, of an economic nature, intended for those people integrated into a coexistence unit whose resources are insufficient to meet specific expenses, of an ordinary or extraordinary nature, necessary to prevent, avoid or alleviate situations of social exclusion. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy — The beneficiaries of this aid, as well as the members of their family unit, will have to comply with the obligations and commitments to carry out activities indicated in the application. — AES beneficiaries must allocate their income to satisfy the needs of their family unit, and cannot allocate their financial resources to help people outside the family unit. 3. Subsidy amount 1.- Rent: - Complete home: €300 /month - Room: €150 /month 2.- Interest and credit amortization: €300 /month 3.- Energy: - 1 cohabitation unit: €125 /month - 2 cohabitation units: €62.50 /month 4.- Use and maintenance of the home: - 1 cohabitation unit: €900 /year - 2 cohabitation units: €450 /year Breakdown: 4.1- Community: €75-€37.50 /month (depending on the cohabitation unit) 4.2- Home insurance: €100 /year 4.3-IBI: €200 /year 5.- Extraordinary expenses related to the installation in a new home - 1 cohabitation unit: €1800 /year - 2 living units: €900 /year 6.- Basic needs €2,500 /year Breakdown: 6.1- Day-to-day expenses (adapted transportation, food): 6.2-Glasses: €250 /per person 6.3-Dentist: €600 for each living unit 7.- Furniture and appliances - 1 living unit: €1,850 /year - 2 cohabitation units: €925 /year Breakdown: 7.1-Furniture: €1,000 /year 7.2 – Appliances: €850 /year: - Washing machine: €300 - Refrigerator: €400 - Extractor: €100 - Oven: €250 - Hob: €150 - Microwave: €50 € 8.- Adaptation, repair and installations of the home - 1 cohabitation unit: €1,850 /year - 2 cohabitation units: €925 /year 9.- Previous debt - 1 cohabitation unit: €3,000 /year - 2 cohabitation units: €1,500 /year 4. Deadline and place for submitting applications - The deadline for submitting applications in 2024 will be until 13-12-2024. - Applications will be submitted to the Beasain City Hall.
